Special thanks to George from the reception - very helpful and friendly, giving a lot of information. Nicely located property next to beach, quite place for overnighting on our way to Meteora. Free parking The location of the rooms in the bungalows (staying not in the main building) spread in a garden

Wonderful

The hotel is older but well maintained and clean, staff helpful, there are different variety of food and alcohol is also included in the price. Price vs. performance excellent.

Not real juices, only some drinks from machine (not good).

On the walls are midlew. The fence on the terrace is swaying. The grass is uncut. There are not enough sunbeds on beach for all guests. The entire hotel is for renovation.

Great location, friendly people, food is ok. The hotel needs maintanance but overall the experience was good.

The location is great. Less than 2hrs from Thessaloniki airport, close to Mt. Olympus, less than 2hrs to Meteora. Beautiful see with no waves, stunning view of the mountains. The food was good, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was quiet during the day. No music on the beach which was great. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. No problem with parking.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Lot of repairs are needed. Lots of spots are so dirty, it cannot be cleaned anymore. The beach could be cleaner - if there was a person, who would pick up the trash from the beach every day for 1 hour, it would be nicely clean after a few days. Coctails are strong but the taste is not great. Some of the soft drinks from the machines were not working during the whole stay. Loud music during the night, even at midnight. There is a bathtub but there is no plug. The balcony door could not be closed completely. The fridge door was almost falling off.

Great hotel

Really nice place, clean with a lovely garden around. The beach is nice, food was great and tasty. There was a greek night with gyros and italian night with pasta and pizza. We really enjoyed our stay.

The coffee and the drinks from the machine could be better. Not much entertainment around, there were no available paddles for ping pong.

Perfect value for money, overall very pleasant stay

The hotel, perfect location, great beach and pools, the smiling management, great variety of food and drinks, the cleaningness. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here :)

Carpet in the room, big cockroaches on balcony and pool, bathroom looks and feel dated, staff at the reception

Food was very good indeed. Activities for children (partly with extra expenses)

We were in Bungalow, the room was located near a little river which had a bad odor. Moreover, we have written arrival time, but the room was not ready and we waited one hour. We were not informed of this in advance. I think the room was expensive and did not respond to my expectations for the price. More photos of the bangalow interior should be available from the hotel, in my opinion.

The bungalow is not as pictures on booking, Sunbeds by the sea are nice but there are not enough for hotel capacity.

Potential to be Grand!

The internal entrance to the main building is grand so that is lovely. Very resort like. Parking facility allowed for a car park everytime we came and left, so that was great. The pool area was abundant. The short walk to beach was a bonus. We went early October so the weather was beautiful and we had zero issues getting a sunbed at the pool or the beach. Rooms were clean and what we expected, nice big bathroom as well. Balcony view of Mount Olympos, spectacular! The buffet had plenty of options for children as well as adults and the quality was very good. Hats off to the Chef and the crew in the kitchen. You may experience it differently if you travel during their peak periods. We had no queues for the buffet. We were spoilt for choice of sunbeds. I've read otherwise during their peak months.

Even though the entrances were grand the gardens were unkept at the resort entrance so that was disappointing. The entrance to the main hotel has a driveway so we are not quite sure why we had to check in at reception and then walk our luggage from reception to the main building when we could have simply driven our car up to the main entrance, dropped off our luggage then parked our car. It's a bit of a walk that is unnecessary especially if you have been travelling for hours to get there. Most resort employees did not smile or acknowledge us like most hotel employees would. The housekeeping team were lovely and knew how to engage with guests. I believe the Resort Manager could have easily greeted us each time she walked passed. Maybe even asked us how our stay was going. She never did. Four star standards that did not exist. By the way I don't expect people to stop what they are doing just to say hello, I'm referring to a simple smile as you walk passed. On our first night at the buffet dinner the Restaurant Manager tried to charge us for our child (we didn't know kids eat free) and if it wasn't for another guest highlighting that our child shouldn't be charged, we don't believe he would have said anything. I could be wrong! We went in early October therefore it wasnt peak period and super busy, so employees could have easily reset the sun beds around the grassed area at the pool. Guests do re arrange them but not sure why they can't be reset by employees. 4 star resort standards should be maintained all year. Smokers should be relocated to a section that is not right next to the restaurant during dining hours. No point us eating in the outside area of the restaurant when someone who is smoking can sit right next to us. The foyer always smells of cigarette smoke. I live with a smoker but I felt that cloud of smoke was excessive everytime you got out of the lift or entered the main building.

Very Good

Very clean, the food was delicious. It was different every day, and there was something for every taste. There are several pools and the hotel is on the beach so you can choose where to go.

It was pretty crowded in the restaurant. A lot of people walking in different directions. I think there is a field to improve the restaurant layout. The bathroom/toilet has a glass door which is not compacted which is not very comfortable.

Not exactly what we had in mind...

The beach was fantastic in the early morning. The meals were delicious. The view from the balcony was nice. The staff at the restaurant was polite.

There were maintenance issues in general (The pool had missing lights and cables were laying in the open. The elevator had a missing button). The towels in the room were not replaced daily. We used the glasses for a drink and the maid did not clean them up the next day. We had to request for towels replacement and waited for over an hour. We also asked for pool towels replacement and was informed there were not any available. In general there were cleaning issues that a 4* hotel should be more careful about. Finally the sweets in the restaurant were not that yummy.
